The global provider of fleet management solutions, Teletrac Navman has secured a significant contract with Lakehouse, to supply its latest DIRECTOR software. Lakehouse operates in a variety of service sectors, which include property services, compliance, energy services and construction.

The contract will see Teletrac Navman supplying some 1,000 vehicles with monitoring units across Lakehouse’s six sub-companies.

The partnership, which demonstrates commitment to the workforce by implementing a market-leading, proven solution, also brings together benefits of reducing road risk, compliance, and utilisation. Teletrac Navman’s DIRECTOR is a fully-integrated, fleet management platform which provides an end-to-end overview of the fleet. The product solutions enable businesses to tackle a number of key challenges, such as logistics, driver safety, fuel efficiency and time pressures.

Fleets can automate operations via FleetCheck’s pioneering software, which integrates with the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency, along with fuel card, leasing and insurance providers – which helps reduce human error.

Peter Millichap, UK Marketing Director at Teletrac Navman, commented: “Securing a contract with Lakehouse is excellent news for both parties. Supplying Lakehouse with our software will help them improve operational efficiencies across the business and help them gain better insight into their fleets.”

Dean Williams, Group Fleet Manager at Lakehouse, commented: “In addition to all of the traditional tracking features, Teletrac Navman’s DIRECTOR platform enables us to monitor driver’s behaviour through scorecards and league tables. This will also allow us to monitor performance, spot trends and provide additional training where required.

“These systems will help enhance our reporting capabilities, enabling us to effectively manage all aspects of our fleet, control costs and ensure we’re compliant.”
