Economists and experts globally are struggling to predict what the full outcome of Britain’s Brexit vote, but leading bus and truck manufacturer MAN is backing operators with a new deal to help see them through uncertain times.

Simon Elliott, Managing Director of MAN Truck & Bus UK, recognises the importance of working in partnership with customers to ensure the right flexible offers for their truck fleets.

“Negotiating Britain’s exit from the European Union could be a long and complex process and it is difficult today to predict how and over what timetable this process will follow,” said Simon.

“We understand the pressures our customers face and we are confident we have the right products and support in place to meet their needs and we operate a flexible strategy to accommodate that.

“With this in mind we are pleased to be able to launch a flexible MAN Rental solution on 6×2 tractors with other models available on application. Terms are between one month and six months all with competitive rates and subject to our normal terms of business.

“Since I joined the business two years ago, we have worked really hard to strengthen customer relationships, and so far our Customer Satisfaction surveys are proving our Customer First strategy is working.

“We pride ourselves on our flexible approach and hope this short-term rental product will help to support operators in these uncertain times.”
