Visitors to the Aldershot branch of Mercedes-Benz Vans Retailer Rossetts Commercials are assured of a warm welcome at its smartly refurbished dealership in the Hampshire town.

The company has given its Eastern Road premises a £150,000 facelift. Gone are the previous, unattractive brick frontage and imposing fencing. Instead, the building is now clad in eye-catching silver aluminium, while the Dealer has also created new vehicle display and customer parking bays.

The interior has benefited from the upgrade too, with new reception areas and airy, open plan offices making it an altogether more attractive environment for visiting customers and Rossetts colleagues alike.

A long-standing member of the Mercedes-Benz Vans Retail network, Rossetts Commercials sells and supports the manufacturer’s award-winning Sprinter, Vito and Citan van models. In addition to Aldershot, the company operates from headquarters in Worthing and other branches in Crawley and Eastbourne.

Its comprehensively equipped Aldershot workshop remains open until 10pm each night, and on Saturday mornings too. As well as maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles of all sizes, the Service team undertakes Class 4 and 7 MoT tests – the fact that Rossetts can do so in the evenings as well as during the day helps to reduce vehicle downtime for van operators, who can book tests at times that best suit the demands of their businesses.

Meanwhile, elite MobiloVan technicians based at Aldershot work from dedicated Sprinters and provide customers with free round-the-clock emergency roadside assistance, 365 days a year.

Aldershot Site Manager Nick Thomas confirmed: “The refurbishment programme has transformed the appearance of the branch, which is now much more in keeping with the Mercedes-Benz Vans brand image.

“It has a much friendlier and at the same time more professional feel, which is certainly appreciated by customers. We’ve had numerous compliments from visitors who can’t believe how much better it looks, since they were last here.

“The refurbishment has been a real breath of fresh air for colleagues, too. Having previously been on the first floor the Sales team now sit downstairs, which is better all round. In motivational terms, it makes a real difference to be coming to work at what, in many respects, feels like a brand new Dealership.”
