EFS.Global has announced the acquisition of distribution, logistics and warehousing specialist Euro SDB. EFS.Global freight and haulage group has acquired the entire share capital of the Tamworth-based organisation Euro SDB Ltd.
EFS.Global is one of the North West’s largest freight, logistics and haulage groups and operates eight depots and offices across the country. In recent years, EFS has also purchased 747 Express Freight, Logictrans UK Limited, RTS Refrigeration, CS Brunt, Horizon Distribution and Euro-Tran Despatch.
EFS managing director Mark Jones said:

“Euro SDB is a much respected name in the marketplace and so is a perfect fit for our business. The acquisition will also enable us to expand our service offering even further.”
