Aquarius IT has a lot planned for this year’s CV Show; from demonstrating the latest fleet management tools that have been added to its ClockWatcher Elite software – including the brand-new Asset Maintenance portal – to leading a talk about Smart Tachos at the Future Transport workshop.

For the last 16 years, since the inception of digital tachographs, ClockWatcher Elite has led the way in technology innovation, and at this year’s CV Show visitors can see how the system has continued to evolve further over the last 12 months in line with its proposition of offering an integrated end-to-end paperless solution for managing all areas of operator compliance and driver/vehicle management.

Developed from the ground-up by Aquarius’s in-house team of UK software specialists, ClockWatcher Elite enables operators, from one source, one dashboard, one log-in, to monitor and manage tachograph data, driver / vehicle defects, licence checks, remote downloading, PODs, driver debriefs, employee’s time and attendance, plus lots more, including the electronic Document Management System which launched at last year’s show.

New for 2020, is the Asset Maintenance portal which together with the company’s tacho analysis system and defect App, uniquely provides operators with an all-encompassing automated digital solution for managing both vehicle maintenance / inspection and driver activity.

Mark Johnston, Aquarius IT’s Customer Service Director, said: “As road transport software specialists, working with, and creating workable digital solutions for our customers is our key strength, and we invite visitors to come to our stand at the CV Show to see our latest innovation – Asset Maintenance. We will be demonstrating how it uses ClockWatcher Elite’s in-built features, including digital signature, to provide a full audit trail and complete paperless storage solution for all company assets requiring PMIs or inspection – from company vehicles to trailers and fork lift trucks, and workshop equipment and machinery.”

“For operators signed up to the DVSA Earned Recognition scheme, they will also see how ClockWatcher Elite with this linked tachograph analysis and vehicle maintenance reporting functionality, provides a unique and an all-encompassing software solution,” confirmed Mark.

From Stand 4G36, Aquarius IT’s team of compliance experts will also be offering support and guidance on the latest smart tachographs.  Road Transport Media have also personally invited the team to lead a talk about Smart Tachos at the Future Transport workshop, which will take place on the first day at 11.30am.
