At this year’s TCS&D Show, specialist bodybuilder, Coolertech Ltd, will be exhibiting a selection of its high quality and innovative insulated vehicle solutions. Coolertech’s temperature-controlled products range from car-derived vans at the smaller end of the spectrum, right through to 26 tonne insulated box bodies – all designed in-house by the company’s experienced design technicians. The company will display a trio of must-see insulated vehicles from its extensive range, in the form of two box bodies and one panel van.
The two insulated box bodies on show are from the company’s AiroTech product range and feature Coolertech’s aerodynamic, curved profile roof design. An impressive 7.5 tonne Isuzu N75.190 is the largest exhibit on the stand, whilst the smaller end of the company’s box body portfolio is represented by a 3.5 tonne Mercedes Sprinter. Both trucks feature high quality, dual compartment bodies designed to carry a combination of frozen and chilled goods. These high specification vehicles are not to be missed and feature some very special optional extras offered by Coolertech, in addition to a myriad of other standard design elements.
Coolertech is equally excited to share with visitors a fine example from its vast range of insulated van conversions, and a LWB Mercedes Sprinter van demonstrates perfectly the company’s build expertise. This van has been converted to an extremely high standard, and features twin load compartments with an internal bulkhead and a dual evaporator refrigeration system, in addition to a whole host of other build equipment. One such item is Coolertech’s low-temperature side door which is hinged on the right and when opened fully, sits flat against the side of the panel van. This wrap-around design allows the operator clear and safe access to the load compartment and permits the loading of metric pallets.
The vehicles were all designed and manufactured at Coolertech’s UK technology and production facilities. In addition, they come with a ten-year construction warranty – something the company offers as standard across its entire range of new insulated products. Coolertech also provides an on-site bodywork repair service that operates nationally, and an efficient spare parts supply service.
