Leading commercial vehicle manufacturer Isuzu Truck UK has had a successful full dealership arrangement with Norfolk Trucks for many years, based at its Suffolk location in Ipswich, and this relationship has recently been extended further with the appointment of Norfolk Trucks other two dealerships in Norwich and Enfield, North London, also as full sales, service and parts franchisees for ITUK.

All three dealer locations within the Norfolk Trucks business now represent the Isuzu Truck marque, which will ensure that Isuzu can provide its customers with a consistent and knowledgeable dealer network covering the whole of the East of England region from Norfolk right down to North London, and operating through one dealer group.

“The addition of the two additional new Norfolk Trucks dealerships is a significant move for us, as this is a key area for Isuzu truck operators. Now having one dealer group covering this region will ensure that the growing market share we have here will continue to expand as a result of having the experienced Norfolk Trucks team representing us in this part of the world”, said Richard Wadsworth, head of sales, Isuzu Truck UK.

The two new ITUK dealers are as follows:

At Norfolk Trucks in Enfield, the company operates 20 technicians and 48 staff in total at a three acre site located within five miles of junction 25 of the M25. With a 20-bay workshop, and ATF lines testing five days a week, Norfolk Trucks at Enfield also has its own dedicated Isuzu truck sales manager, John Tillbrook, as well as a range of Isuzu demonstration vehicles across the GVW ranges.

At Norfolk Trucks in Norwich, the company also operates on a three acre site with a 16 bay workshop, also including ATF lanes, together with an overall staff of 35 providing dedicated truck sales, service and parts support to its Isuzu customers. Sales Manager Ben Brown will be heading up the new Isuzu truck sales operation at this branch.

“The future prospects for the growth of the Isuzu vehicle parc in both areas is extremely favourable now, as both dealerships will replicate the success of the Suffolk-based Norfolk Trucks dealership over the past few years. The Isuzu truck range from 3.5 tonne to 13.5 tonne fills a gap in the product offering for both dealers and complements their current range of products and services”, added Richard Waterworth.
