A transport firm headquartered in Dumfries has recognised more than 100 of its employees for a collective 2,000 years of dedicated service to the business.
While sources suggest logistics workers spend just over seven years with the same employer, 107 members of staff at Curries Solutions have received awards for their long service which ranges between ten and 45 years.
Shaun Greig, commercial director at Curries Solutions, which is part of the Palletways UK network, said: “Our long service awards represent more than 2,000 years of industry experience across the Group. Our people are at the forefront of our business and they enable us to provide the service, expertise and logistics solutions for the benefit of our customers. We value their loyalty, integrity and dedication and the experience of our team is something we’re extremely proud of.”

Employees received an award and financial contribution which they’ll continue to receive in line with other milestone long service achievements.
