Collett & Sons Ltd, a leading name in heavy transport and logistic solutions, proudly announces the grand opening of their new build Heavy Lift Warehouse at their Elland Depot Complex.

The new Heavy Lift Storage Facility boasts an impressive array of features, including:

  • Ample Storage Space: The internal storage area spans an additional 750 square metres to the existing 3800 square metres, providing a secure and efficient environment for storing valuable heavy lift cargo.
  • Powerful Gantry Crane: At the heart of the facility is a brand new 25 Tonne capacity overhead gantry crane, offering a significant lifting capability.
  • Generous Height Clearance: With an impressive 7 metre height under hook, the facility accommodates oversized cargo with ease and efficiency.
  • Convenient Access: The facility is equipped with drive-in roller shutter doors, each measuring 5.5 metres in width and 6 metres in height, ensuring ease of entry and exit for out-of-gauge cargo.
  • Strategic Location: Situated with exceptional connectivity to junction 24 of the M62 corridor, the Elland Depot Complex provides ideal central network access.

Furthermore, with the addition of this new Heavy Lift Storage Facility, the Elland Depot Complex now offers a substantial total of 4550 square metres of internal Heavy Lift Storage space. This expansion is further complemented by the availability of multiple gantry cranes, ranging in capacities from 5 to 32 Tonne, ensuring the facility can handle a wide spectrum of specialist lifting requirements.

Collett remains dedicated to offering flexible solutions that cater to the unique needs of its customers. As such, all facilities at the Elland Depot Complex are available to rent on a square-meterage basis, or as build-up or testing areas including crane usage and power.
