ClockWatcher Elite, the NEW software offering from Aquarius IT (Stand No. 4F90) will be unveiled at this year’s Commercial Vehicle Show.  The team will demonstrate the software which highlights the investment that has been made into their future products with consideration for Vehicle Walk Round Check, Digital Signature Capture, Earned Recognition, Telematics, DVLA Licence Checks and integrations with Mobile Technologies.

As a ‘big brother’ to industry favourite ClockWatcher, the NEW Elite version has the same reliable rules engine for Drivers Hours’ Law and Road Transport Directive but with a clear focus on integration, providing a seamless view of information.

“The team have been extremely busy behind the scenes, working with customers, acting on comments, collaborating with partners and discussing with enforcement professionals in preparation to bring the next generation of tachograph analysis software to our customers.” Said Guy Reynolds, Commercial Director. The show in April will be the first opportunity to demonstrate the new look.

Vehicle Defect Checking via mobile devices has exploded over the last eighteen months even though the technology has been available through Aquarius IT for over four years. “The application itself has seen a major rework just recently and this will be at the forefront of the demonstrations on the stand. We will have mobile handsets available for customers to have a ‘play’ with the Defect Checking solution” added Guy.

eSIGN, the digital signature system, will once again be available to trial via the tablets and devices on the stand. “We have found that it is an increasingly dependable resource in the transport office for the electronic signing of drivers letters, from a traceability point of view to keep on top of compliance requirements” said Guy. eSIGN also goes a long way to reducing the administrative burden associated with managing reams of paper records, and saves money on printing and storage costs.

ClockWatcher has been demonstrated at the Commercial Vehicle Show for over 10 years, but this year sees owners, Aquarius IT, exhibiting in their own right for the first time as previously the software solutions have been sold through third party resellers.
