For 2015, the Isuzu Truck Parts Manager of the Year Award has been scooped for the second time by Matt Stubbs, who was representing the Exeter based dealership, Harry Moore Commercials in this annual awards competition. Matt is a previous winner of this prestigious network award, having first won it two years ago in 2013.
At this year’s event, held recently at Haydock Park Race Course, three finalists from each of Isuzu’s three parts regions, together with representatives from all ITUK dealers in the UK, attended a day at the races. This was followed by an evening meal in Manchester to celebrate the hard work and commitment every dealer has demonstrated during the year, in delivering the highest standards of parts management performance associated with the ITUK dealer network.
According to Brian Thorpe, UK Network Parts Manager at Isuzu Truck; “This hard earned award recognises the vital service that the parts operation provides through our dealer network, in delivering a highly customer focused and also revenue critical contribution to the business.”
As part of the Award judging, the performance of each dealer is measured on an ongoing basis throughout the year, including, but not limited to, such criteria as Highly Competitive and Overall Parts Purchasing Performance, Stock/VOR KPI’s, Marketing, National and Local Sales Campaign activity, Organic Growth and Truck Challenge participation and results.

As this year’s Parts Champion, Matt Stubbs from Harry Moore Commercials Ltd takes over the accolade from last year’s winner, DT Trucks’s Adam French. In total, Parts Managers representing over 50 ITUK dealerships entered the award.
“Our congratulations go to Matt for his tremendous performance over the year and, for the second time, he is indeed a worthy winner of this important dealer accolade. I would also like to commend all of the dealer finalists for their great work supporting both their dealerships and ITUK throughout the year,” said Brian Thorpe.
