The Magnus name has become highly regarded for looking after clients since the late Paul Magnus started Paul Magnus Transport in Felixstowe in 1973. The business went on to become the Magnus Group in the mid-1990s after he sold some shares. Paul’s son, Olly, who had established and built up Burhill Logistics since 2003, sold his half of that business to personally buy back the Magnus Group shares sold in the 1990s and bring the majority of the company back into the Magnus family. He has big aspirations for the future. Magnus Group operates 57 owned trucks for daily container, full trailer load and pallet distribution to all parts of the country through seven overnight trunk trailers in partnership with Pall-Ex and Partnerlink. With 205,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art warehousing and an in-house global freight-forwarding team, Magnus Group is well placed to cater for your logistical needs with a family business feel to it.
