The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in the U.K. announced that they have been awarded Gold Integration Level in the DAF Trucks N.V. Partner Integration Programme with their POWER dealership management system (DMS).

POWER is currently the only DMS in the U.K. to have achieved this level of accreditation. This comes twelve months after being awarded Silver Integration Level.

DAF Trucks N.V. is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of premium light, medium, and heavy-duty commercial vehicles.

The top-level Gold standard affords the DAF Dealer Network the highest possible level of advanced integration between the suite of DAF Dealer Support Applications and the POWER DMS.

This higher standard can only be achieved by gaining dealer participation and endorsement, as well as delivering the core applications to support the partner programme.

Rob Lewis, Managing Director of Reynolds U.K said:

“In the year since achieving Silver Integration Level, we have continued to work closely with the excellent team at DAF and their dealer network to ensure that the POWER DMS is as highly integrated as possible. This latest accreditation is such a fantastic endorsement for the POWER DMS, vindicating our investment and further expanding the commercial offer, available to DAF and other HGV and truck dealers.”

The POWER DMS has earned multiple endorsements from DAF dealers in conjunction with the Gold Integration Level accreditation.

Niall Williamson, Group Accountant Norscot Truck & Van said:

“Being part of the advanced UK DAF network, we rely on POWER, as it provides us with a bird’s eye view of all the activities within our business and with such a high level of DAF integration; it’s the only choice for our business.”

Des Conway, Joint Managing Director of Brian Currie Limited said:

“DAF is a significant part of our business so we needed a DMS that offered very high levels of manufacturer integration and also to work with a supplier prepared to have an open dialogue with DAF and to commit to develop future interfaces. POWER ticks all the boxes and helps us manage our operations effectively.”

In addition, Reynolds has announced that the POWER DMS now integrates with DAFcheck.

Rob Lewis continues:

“The DAFcheck integration will greatly enhance the customer service provision,” “It will bring a significant efficiency boost to dealers by removing the need to re-key repetitive data whilst improving both accuracy and saving time. POWER is already delivering results for the DAF retailer network, and we’re proud of our strong relationship with DAF as a manufacturer,” Rob Lewis concluded. “We continue to focus on supporting commercial truck dealerships, especially those in the DAF network, to enhance operating efficiency and build customer loyalty. The DMS commercial layer and our support services, along with these full DAF integrations when combined with DAFcheck, represent a compelling DMS offering for DAF dealers.”
