Entrepreneur Andy Scott has completed his latest deal in the transport sector with the 100% share purchase of MSL.
MSL, based out of two Milton Keynes depots at Wolverton and a new operating centre at Southgate Way, Orton, Peterborough will operate alongside Bison Transport and Barnack Logistics which were purchased in July this year.
MSL was established in 2013 by current directors Marc Littlestone and Steve Braim with a vision to offer a temperature-controlled and ambient transport service.
The business has enjoyed rapid growth of 25% every year with a modern fleet of 30 trucks and trailers.
The directors approached Andy’s team to help take the business to the next level and be part of a larger group.
Terms were quickly agreed and the purchase by Andy Scott was completed within seven days.
Andy, who has a new banking facility with Coutts and Co for the purchase of new companies, is currently in talks with three businesses to increase the depot network and is actively looking for new opportunities within the sector.
