Logistics business Noesis has purchased 20 EN 12642-XL rated curtainsiders from Schmitz Cargobull as it grows and consolidates its operations.

The previous purchases of the fixed-roof curtainsiders by the family-run business have shown to be operatively valuable due to the outstanding build quality and low total cost of ownership.

Now the company, specialising in dedicated contract management, transports a diverse mixture of goods across the UK and has made a repeat order at a higher product specification for even greater efficiency and load security.

Mohammed Iqbal, Founder, Noesis, says: “Our business is growing very quickly so we went back to Schmitz Cargobull because of the effective sales and aftermarket service we received. The trailers are extremely well made and can easily handle the rigours of UK roads which gives us a low total cost of ownership.”

Rafaqat Iqbal, Operations Director, Noesis says: “The XL rated trailers are ideal for our business because they offer increased load security and safety, which improves the efficiency of our operations.”

In line with Noesis’ business plan of purchasing and managing its own assets to achieve optimum productivity, the company continues with its ambitious growth plans, ordering its entire fleet from Schmitz Cargobull.

Shafaqat Iqbal, Director, Noesis says: “It’s important for us to have consistency in the fleet and based on our previous experience of using Schmitz Cargobull trailers, we had no hesitation in selecting them as a continued partner. We’re delighted to be in a position to further expand our fleet.”

Manufactured at state-of-the-art facilities in Altenberge, the new trailers are built to meet the requirements of EN 12642-XL, which means that no additional load securing is necessary when transporting interlocking complete loads.
