Cool Cube Logistics Ltd, a UK-based company specialising in 24-hour temperature controlled courier services has contracted Verilocation to provide a bespoke real-time vehicle tracking and temperature monitoring solution. The solution allows Cool Cube to report the live temperature and location of any load back to the customer at any time, as well as provide a comprehensive temperature report to customers within minutes of collection.
To be able to excel in its sector, Cool Cube needed to have access to the real-time location of its vehicles, paramount to maintaining its flexible operations and high standards of customer service. Cool Cube chose Verilocation due to the personalised solution, meaning that it is now able to constantly monitor and report the temperature of each delivery, particularly with regard to the chilled and frozen goods, where maintaining a constant low temperature is vital.

Live location tracking also enables Cool Cube to provide accurate ETAs on their deliveries, along with the ability to pre-warn customers on any delays for complete transparency.
