Administrators have been called in at haulage company 88 Distribution after it suffered from financial problems despite a positive few years with a reported £5million turnover back in 2014.
The Plymouth-based haulier had 20 years’ experience in the transport industry and provided a fleet of vehicles ranging from vans to 44-tonne trucks and traded from depots in Plymouth and Didcot offering haulage, courier and distribution services.
It is not yet known how many jobs are affected.
Quantuma were appointed joint administrators Acquisition 395445574 Ltd, formerly known as 88 Distribution (UK) Ltd, on 29 August 2017.
