Volvo Trucks to attend Retro Truck Show

As part of its 50th anniversary celebrations in the UK, Volvo Trucks will attend the Retro Truck Show at the Heritage Motor Centre, Banbury Road, Gaydon CV35 0BJ on September 9th & 10th 2017.

Located directly outside the Heritage Centre, Volvo Trucks’ official display will include its 1967 F86 tractor unit, liveried in the colours of first owner, Thomas Hutchinson Transport of Wark. Alongside it will be a 2017 FH16-750 Ailsa Edition prime mover, an FM-450 6×2 Lite tractor unit and a late 2013 Used FH tractor unit. Manfreight will also display its unique FH16 ONE truck which recently helped raise funds totalling £120,000 for the charities Transaid and Cystic Fibrosis.

A real enthusiast’s event, the Retro Truck Show is open from 10.00 to 5.00pm Saturday and 10.00 to 4.00pm Sunday. In addition to viewing a wide selection of Volvo trucks from the last 50 years, both on the Volvo stand and across the showground, visitors will also have the chance to purchase exclusive Volvo merchandise and take part in unique photo opportunities.
