Removals company, Matthew James, celebrates 30 years of service in the global relocations sector.
The company started in 1989 and has since moved millions of cubic feet in and around the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. Their services span across many UK cities, and they offer global removals and relocations to over 25,000 destinations. This includes removals to Belgium, France, Spain and other European destinations, as well as, to a variety of international countries including USA, Canada and Australia.
Matthew De-Machen, Managing Director of Matthew James, attributes the company’s success to the mindset revolving around perfection. He states that “All right is not good enough: it’s either perfect or it’s no good at all.” This principle flows through Matthew’s business from the top down, and everyone who works at the company understands. The quality of service is everything and second best is unacceptable.
He also credits his employees for the company’s success. “Our achievement is in no small measure due to our brilliant employees, who work exceptionally hard to make us stand out from the crowd…it just proves that hard work and commitment to providing a top-class service really does pay dividends.”
Over the 30 years, they have built a network of transport vehicles varying from heavy goods vehicles, Luton vans, to smaller city vans. Their services span from vehicle transportation (handling all types of vehicles such as classic cars, 4x4s, vans, motorbikes, small boats and jet skis), packing service (providing and packing boxes and wrapping service), removals and storage (storage warehouse and units).
All their drivers have a minimum of five years of removals experience, and they plan on continuing their success by investing in their people and giving them the appropriate training and certifications.
