Maurice Robinson, 25, has been charged with 39 counts of manslaughter over the Essex container deaths.
Better known in the industry as Mo, Mr Robinson was arrested shortly after the discovery was made, and will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Monday (28/10/2019) also charged with conspiracy to traffic people, conspiracy to assist unlawful immigration and money laundering.
Three other people have been arrested in connection with this investigation and remain in custody.
