Long-standing employee, Joanne Duncan, has been appointed as Business development manager, repair and maintenance, after working for the company for 19 years.
The 40-year-old from Swindon, takes over from Ben Schwarz who has recently moved into the sales department as national sales planning manager.
Joanne brings a wealth of knowledge of repair and maintenance contracts having started her career at MAN Truck & Bus UK as a repair and maintenance administrator in 1999 after five years at Ryder Truck Rental in the contract management department.
She said: “I have worked for MAN for most of my working life and I thoroughly enjoy working as part of such a committed and enthusiastic team.
“The management team are supportive and recognise and develop individual’s attributes.
“With my in-depth product knowledge and being involved in the department for so long, I know the capabilities of the department and my primary aim is to increase MAN’s contract portfolio.”
Mike Williams, head of UK support. said: “Jo has been integral to the growth and success of our repair and maintenance portfolio since its launch in the late nineties.
“She has a vast knowledge of our products and her commitment to the MAN brand is commendable.
