Southampton-based Meachers Global Logistics has announced a new warehousing contract with Red Arrow Fulfilment.
Meachers has renewed its partnership with the Romsey-based company to provide storage facilities for products from specialist mattress company Dormeo UK.
Meachers will store mattresses for Red Arrow (Southampton Group) Ltd at a new 30,000 square feet warehouse at Southampton Docks following the new three-year agreement, with the option to increase this storage capacity in June.
The move is due to Red Arrow’s continued significant growth. The company’s initial requirement of 10,000 square feet of warehousing has increased and the new warehouse berth in Southampton will store all of the stock.
Red Arrow Managing Director Nicholas Gebbett said:

We are looking forward to working with Meachers on accessing the remainder of the space and consolidating all of our storage requirements for Dormeo UK into one building in the coming months.”
