Europa Worldwide Group has expanded its offer with the launch of Europa Contact Centre.

The Europa Worldwide Group has a £180m turnover and operates 16 sites across the UK, Belgium and Hong Kong.  It’s a specialist road, air & sea and warehouse operator, employing over 900 staff.  The ambitious operator has launched Europa Contact Centre following its acquisition of some of the trade and assets of Menzies Response for an undisclosed sum earlier this year.

The Europa Contact Centre comes under the Europa Warehouse banner (offering 3PL warehousing and logistics) a hugely successful division of Europa Worldwide Group, which is led by Maria Torrent-March.

The fully compliant contact centre based in Ashford, Kent strengthens the Europa Warehouse division services, offering an extensive range of outsourced customer support by phone and digital platforms.

Europa Contact Centre is being headed up by experienced service and operations manager, Alison Flannery.  Alison becomes General Manager and has over 20 years’ experience in outsourced customer servicing.

Europa Warehouse Director, Maria Torrent-March, comments: “We’re delighted to formally launch our Europa Contact Centre with Alison heading up the team.  This is a perfect acquisition, complementing our current 3PL portfolio and enabling us to offer even more comprehensive service to brands looking for additional outsourced solutions.”

“Our new Ashford Contact Centre already has a proven track record in service, working with a variety of clients across sectors.  It will be great offering for both our current and new clients who may want the additional support of an expert team to provide outsourced services to support peak times as well as sales and e-commerce support and back-end services.”

“The Ashford Contact Centre was clearly the right fit for our business, demonstrating experience (20 years), a flexible approach and a passion for first class servicing.”
