Most motor insurance policies for hauliers now come with a minimum £500 excess, in some cases either the insurer or client wishes to push the excess up to £750 or £1000 per fault claim. This is to reduce the amount of claims on the policy or reduce the insurance premium. In view of this, UK Haulier have worked with Optin Insurance to build and develop this Excess Insurance product to give our customers the edge and best possible insurance cover.
